pgjoy Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the pgjoy platform available at pgjoy.net (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "you", or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, together with the pgjoy Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pgjoy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and maintain an active account on pgjoy, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing casino and online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) with legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted territory.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of pgjoy or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not self-excluded from any gambling platform or casino in the Philippines under any self-exclusion program, including PAGCOR's Self-Exclusion Program.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active pgjoy account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout the lifecycle of your account is truthful and accurate.

pgjoy reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. Accepted government-issued Philippine identification documents include:

• PhilSys National ID
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by pgjoy may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgjoy account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued during login or transaction verification. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party for any reason.

All transactions executed through your account while it is logged in are presumed to have been carried out by you and are binding. pgjoy accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify pgjoy support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. pgjoy may temporarily suspend your account upon receiving such a report while an investigation is conducted.

pgjoy accepts deposits through the following payment channels available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

All deposits must be funded from payment methods that are registered in your own name and which you are the lawful account holder of. pgjoy does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to another individual will be subject to investigation and may be returned to the originating method.

Deposits are credited to your pgjoy account balance upon confirmation of cleared funds. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer timelines vary by institution and are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedules.

• pgjoy does not charge deposit fees on GCash or Maya transactions.
• Bank transfer and over-the-counter payment channels may be subject to the third-party service provider's own fees, which are not controlled by pgjoy.
• Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT are subject to on-chain confirmation requirements and network fees.

pgjoy offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which include but are not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pgjoy promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Only cash winnings that exceed the applicable wagering threshold may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• pgjoy reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or disqualify any player from a promotion where abuse or circumvention of bonus terms is suspected.
• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players once only unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly permitted in the relevant promotion terms.

Attempts to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk artificially, or exploiting technical errors that result in inflated bonus credits — constitute prohibited conduct under Section 9 of these Terms.

Withdrawals from your pgjoy account are subject to identity verification as described in Section 3. Withdrawal requests submitted before identity verification is completed will be held in a pending state until verification is finalized.

Indicative processing timelines for pgjoy withdrawals are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Same business day, typically within 1–4 hours of approval.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers: 1–3 business days, subject to receiving bank processing schedules.
• USDT cryptocurrency: Within 24 hours of approval, subject to network confirmation times.
• Coins.ph: Same business day, typically within 2–6 hours of approval.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier at the time of submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. pgjoy does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

All games available on the pgjoy platform — including slot machines, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures conducted in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the governing rules of each individual game and are final once confirmed by the system.

Sports betting markets and live in-play betting on the pgjoy sportsbook are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition, including but not limited to settlement rules in the event of match abandonment, postponement, or void results. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules prior to placing any wager.

pgjoy reserves the right to void any bet or game result where:

• A technical malfunction or software error has materially affected the outcome of a game or bet.
• The odds or prices offered on a market were manifestly erroneous and no reasonable player could have believed them to be intentional.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or other integrity violations affecting the event are confirmed by a credible authority.

In the event of a void, all stakes are returned to the player's account balance. pgjoy's decision on matters of game integrity is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgjoy platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during identity verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit at the expense of the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors that result in an unfair advantage.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Systematically claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, proxies, or other circumvention methods (bonus abuse).

All content on the pgjoy platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, software code, written content, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive property of pgjoy or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pgjoy content without express prior written consent from pgjoy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgjoy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or connected to:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Interruptions to internet connectivity, mobile data service, or device performance that affect your ability to place or settle wagers.
• Losses resulting from errors in odds or prices that are subsequently corrected in accordance with Section 8.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Gambling losses incurred while using the Platform, which are an inherent and known risk of gambling activity.

Nothing in these Terms limits pgjoy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.

pgjoy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. Our full data practices, including the categories of data collected, retention periods, data subject rights, and third-party sharing, are set out in the pgjoy Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including processing necessary to comply with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering reporting obligations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

pgjoy is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Filipino player community. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take seriously our obligation to support players who may be experiencing difficulty managing their gambling behaviour.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pgjoy platform shall first be submitted to pgjoy's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation within thirty (30) days of submission, the matter may be referred to the appropriate regulatory or adjudicatory body with jurisdiction under Philippine law. Both parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above process.
